key responsibilities
contract management:
* update new contracts, amendments, or modifications in salesforce and excel to ensure accurate records.
* maintain up-to-date contact information in the commercial agenda to ensure seamless communication with clients.
* review and share contract details with the training director, quality director, and general manager for relevant use.
* monitor and implement tariff adjustments based on inflation as stipulated in contracts to maintain profitability.
client relationship management:
* prepare and deliver annual rates adjustment letters for client notification, coordinating with the finance director.
* track and document ongoing rates negotiations via teams to ensure organized and transparent communication.
* address client inquiries through email and meetings to provide tailored, high-quality service.
internal collaboration:
* support other departments with commercial needs, ensuring compliance with processes and fostering opportunities for business growth.
qualifications
experience:
* minimum of 3 years in sales, specifically (preferred) within the aviation industry.
* proficiency in aviation marketing, industry regulations, and public relations.
* strong background in budgeting and financial planning.
education:
* bachelor’s degree in international business, sales, or related field.
* specialization in line maintenance or similar aviation disciplines preferred.
