this position is responsible for developing our ready to drinks (rtds) strategy, which is our fastest growing category; for soriana, it is key on the supermarket channel. The junior key account manager drives sales objectives, distribution, and collection for the retail channel, impacting overall revenue generation and market share. They plan and implement actions to improve productivity and efficiency, contributing to optimizing sales processes and achieving business targets.
what you can expect:
1. lead key negotiations with retail chains, securing favorable sell-in and in-store deployment agreements, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility.
2. manage the product listing process, ensuring the optimal portfolio is maintained, and new products are cataloged effectively, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maximize product availability and consumer access.
3. oversee sales budget management, including p&l analysis, demand planning, and collaboration with cpfr on forecasting and replenishment, ensuring efficient resource allocation and alignment with sales targets.
4. conduct regular reviews of negotiations and customer relationships, ensuring a win-win approach and long-term collaboration, fostering trust and mutual benefit.
5. coordinate and control chain payments, working closely with the credit and collection team to manage promotional discounts and ensure a healthy commercial portfolio, minimizing financial risks and optimizing cash flow.
what you bring to the table:
1. bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2. up to 2 years of experience working with soriana or similar supermarket accounts or cpfr roles within consumer goods companies.
3. knowledge of commercial relations, marketing principles, effective negotiation techniques, and financial concepts (sell-in, sell-out, in-stock).
4. proficient in retail link, microsoft office suite (word, excel), sap, and web applications.
5. strong negotiation, decision-making, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
