*position purpose*
*primary accountabilities*
- manage the schedule and execution of planogram an flexograms projects from pre-category review to in store release date. This includes a high degree of cross functional communication to ensure timelines and tasks are completed on time and accurately prior to the planogram release. This requires strong organizational, project management, data analysis and communication skills ( both verbal and written).
- coordinate and supervise the correct execution of the pog cloning process of new stores, review and load fog linelists, download fixtures and deliver information (pog / fog packages and price tags) so that the configuration team can work according to ids dates. Coordinate and supervise layout desinging team in charge of new stores, hubs/megahubs and store remodel layout proposals, as well as participate in new store format creations and new fixtures development.
- lead invetory weekly meeting with supply chain, merchandising, signage and fixtures, operations and dcs to determine which new pog/fog approperlty meet az criteria and can be attached to stores during the following weeks. Create and release all detailed store communications that include directions on how to implement planogram, merchandising, and marketing initiatives. These communications require photos, detailed explanations and directions, and step by step procedures for all stores.
- develop and maintain an efficient team with a consistant and high level of productivity. The incumbent will need a good level of knowledge of sales floor categories to determine the impacts behind the decision made to ensure we meet the needs of our customers based on categories´decision trees and autozone planograming rules. When a new member comes abroad, s/he needs to train the person in all areas needed. Assist category managers with information for the upcoming line review. The objective is to point out the current situation and opportuinities each project has in order for the category manager to have a defined strategy for it presentation.
- review and analyze detail of planogram to store relationships, product to planogram relationships, planogram performance and item performance. Leverage this analysis to make sound business decisions regarding product presentation, inventory allocation, cross merchandise allocation, and product add/keep/delete decisions.
- lead and coordinate different areas on space optimizacion projects that bring benefits in form of incremental sales, store productivity, storage cost reduction, etc.
- ensure all pog/fog desicions meet space performance requierement (holding power, pog max, store overstock, space profitability) and improved in every new attachment by proactively working with category managers, vendors, fixtures and signage department and operations.

level of formal education: a bachelor's degree (ba, bs) or equivalent.
Area of study: business, engineering, technology, design
years of experience: more than seven years.
