the customer information analyst (cia) processes all new requests and changes for customers, route and organization in accordance with data management guidelines.
the cia is responsible for collecting and reviewing relevant information incorporating research and analysis to determine proper action.
the cia communicates the status of requests as well as resolves disputes and issues.
the cia will be required to perform periodic audits of existing customer masterfiles data.
*accountabilities*
- maintenance of market sales tax certificates
- research sales tax refunds and credits
- ensure new account set up and proper maintaince of accounts within established service level agreements
- ability to resolve arctree cases pursuant to sales tax issues
- capable of interpreting and adhering to individual state tax guidelines
- monitors and ensures all forms are submitted with complete and accurate data
- create task assignments within team utilizing cdm task manager
- reviews and determines how to resolve field requests
- process customer maintenance requests
- analyze customer masterfiles for correct/updated hierarchy and key business process data points
maintain, update and document customer masterfiles guidelines and requirements

- fluent in english
- bachelor's degree in business/control/operations
- ability to work within strict deadlines, learn new processes quickly, work effectively with a team and adapt to constantly evolving work responsibilities
- must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively
- ability to manipulate excel to extract necessary data
- exceptional organizational skills to handle the high volume of requests
- ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and with customers
- advanced/proficient computer skills (outlook, word, power point, excel)
- strong passion for customer service
