* oversee labor relations, including union negotiations and compliance with local labor laws.

* lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a strong workforce.

the successful applicant
* bachelor's degree in industrial psychology, industrial engineering, business administration or related fields.
* postgraduate/master's degree studies are preferred.
* minimum 10 years of experience in an hr management position.
* extensive experience in all human resources areas.
