development andoversight of safety, occupational health, and environmentalmanagement policies - design, implement, and update industrialsafety, occupational health, and environmental policies andprocedures, with a special focus on the handling of hazardousmaterials.

requirements - bachelor's degree in industrialengineering, occupational safety, or a related field.
- at least 10years of experience in an ehs role, preferably in a manufacturingplant handling hazardous materials such as gunpowder.
- in-depthknowledge of safety, environmental, and occupational healthregulations (osha, nfpa, etc.).
- proven experience in riskmanagement and safety management systems implementation.
- strongleadership and communication skills.
- ability to work underpressure and make quick, informed decisions effectively duringemergencies.
- industrial safety certifications (csp, cih, etc.
)are highly desirable.
- solid knowledge of national andinternational regulations.
