*your responsibilities*:
- utilizing your knowledge of information systems technology and business requirements to guide colleagues in implementation and operation
- supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of information systems solutions/services globally
- providing assistance, and guidance during installation of new information systems solutions/services or improvements to existing ones
- delivering information systems solutions/services according to agreements, on time and on budget and according to responsibility specifications
- consulting with relevant stakeholders across the business to give advice, ensuring compliance with abb information systems enterprise architecture
- providing leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, disseminating expert knowledge and advice
- participation in changes made by areas or users (changes in device configuration, by incident or by update)
- knowledge base contribution
*your background*:
- +5 years of experience working as network specialist or related with cisco technologies and checkpoint
- a bachelor's degree in computer and systems engineering, telematics engineering or computer science degree
- sound knowledge of switches, routers, access points, wi-fi, firewalls
- cisco certification and server experience are desirable
- ability to work independently and manage multiple demands on your time, in cross-functional, virtual and international teams
- a collaborative, solutions
- and customer-service-oriented approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- advanced english level
