We are looking for english-speaking professionals to join our medical call center team in puerto vallarta. As a medical call center receptionist, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from clients and scheduling doctor appointments. This is an in-office position only.

requirements:
* fluent english skills (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with clients.
* strong customer service and communication skills.
* ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
* basic computer proficiency.
preferred qualifications:
* previous experience in a call center, receptionist, or customer service role.
* familiarity with medical terminology is a huge plus.
