As a junior regional marketing manager oversee the marketing strategy and plans for the region.
you will report to grouper marketing manager and it is based in cdmx #li-remote.
*key responsibilities*
- leads the development projects by identifying the market needs of customers to launch innovative products.
- coordinate interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product and within budget by analyzing and integrating external customer specifications.
- effectively suggest and support product directions and specifications as well as the design and implementation of moderate changes to existing products.
- handling efficiently the portfolio and crafting efficiency indicators in technological innovation and new product launches.
- coordinates the train sales staff, concessionaires, and end customers on the characteristics of our products and services.
- gather requirements, define deployment strategy and development roadmap, and perform product demos to customers/team members
- lead sprint planning, schedule and track project releases, act as a trainer and facilitator when required
- successfully create and ensure access to training materials for the partners
- run and commit to pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
- be responsible for the presentation and follow-up of projects with directors for the approval of developments and technical and commercial negotiations.
*qualifications*
- bachelor´s degree in marketing or related
- 5+ years of experience in activities mentioned above in marketing and commercial responsibilities
- english speaker at fluid level
- skills: strategical thinking, communication, teamwork, proactive, conflicts resolution, energy and hands-on.
