compensation analyst, your future role? You will be an important part of the compensation & benefits strategy for our business operations in mexico and the andean region.
you will conduct analyses and studies to support management in managing our compensation programmes following our global rewards strategy.
you will report into the regional compensation & payroll manager.
you will work on-site in our corporate offices located at san angel, mexico city.
you will have one home-office day a week and flex-friday.
your main responsibilities will be: help implement our rewards strategy in mexico and the andean region (colombia, costa rica, guatemala and peru).provide information and insights to hr leadership.prepare communication materials for senior management on compensation programs and analyses.compensation & benefits administration maintain rewards information in our hr systems and databases.collect data about our c&b policies and analyse them to prepare reports and advise managers in making reward decisions.internal & external data analysis perform job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyse compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets.conduct analyses to support management in managing c&b programmes following the reward strategy.support salary review process by providing and analyzing internal and external salary data.support incentive calculation process by processing and analysing employee, salary, financial and performance data.employee information & support be a contact for employees with regards to salary information and benefits policies.

you? Your professional profile must include:
university degree in business management, finance, hr or related field.at least 3 years' experience in compensation & benefits, including incentives plan design strategy and management, at multinational companies.
experience in chemical, foods or food ingredients industrial companies will be valued.experience analyzing compensation surveys (mercer, willis towers watson and others).cross-regional, multicultural experience.advanced level of ms excel (you should be able to manage complex spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, charts).experience using sap.fluent english, both oral and written.payroll knowledge or experience will be valued.#li-onsite
