as the sole distributor of cloudhealth, arrow electronics is looking for an individual who will provide outstanding customer service and support to customers, partners, and employees throughout their cloud maturity journey.the successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a consultant and advisor to customers, providing platform expertise, ongoing engagements, and enablement, and advocating their needs and asks to support their ever-changing cloud environments.key responsibilities:stay up-to-date with public cloud, multi-cloud, hybrid cloud, private cloud, finops, and security industry best practices to serve as a strategic partner for customers.utilize product domain expertise to serve as a trusted technical advisor and account manager.collect and analyze customer data to identify trends, advance adoption, and create a positive customer experience.be a primary point of contact for tech-related questions and coordinate issue management and problem resolution.act as a customer advocate and convey customer requirements, feature requests, feedback, etc.
