we are looking for an exceptional account director with some experience of the marketing promotional product, barware and pos market.
as account director you will be responsible for delivering a range of creative promotional projects for our key client ensuring they receive a first class service meeting and exceeding expectations.

about the role:
- build strong client relationships, as well as displaying an understanding of the client business to ensure that you can suggest the best solutions in relation to the briefs you are working on.
- provide a highly responsive client service
- manage multiple creative and prescriptive promotional briefs from concept to delivery
- identify and act upon opportunities to win and develop business
- manage all aspects of day-to-day execution of projects, which includes quoting, managing finances, scheduling work into studio, creative briefs, manage third party suppliers, daily management of projects, proposal preparation etc.
- financial reporting, order processing, managing strict timelines
- you will be managing a team of account managers for one particular client
- you will be reporting to the client operations director
*experience*:
- tertiary qualification in business, marketing, communications, or advertising
- minimum 5 years' experience with client service role in similar environment
