*job description*:
enhance organizational capability in social compliance, providing competitive advantage to rbis business goals. This position will lead local and corporate audits with strategic action plan to ensure we are comply with social compliance requirements.
- manage local and corporate audits requirement. Contact, payment, review of audit plan, dates.
- notify the audit plan to the audited site. Deploy the audit plan to areas involved. If necessary, an internal audit will be schedule before the external audit.
- manage internal and external audit portals and database.
- prepare and send to the external auditor the information required according to the audit plan.
- prepare the resources needed
- be the auditor's guide during the audit process.
- in case of non conformities / observations, gather information and send to the auditor (platform, system, mail accordingly).
- follow up corrective actions implemented until close.
- analysis of new customer requirements or others and implement new standards (sop´s, certifications).
- perform internal audits during the year in order to ensure compliance with sop´s.
- drive the implementation of the internal compliance audit program through training, development and capacity building.
- ensure social compliance through regular inspections and reporting.
- review, analyze and report compliance discrepancies for facility and suppliers and follow up.
- investigate problems, develop solutions and teach sites to develop sustainable corrective actions for compliance discrepancies.
- assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed.
*qualifications*:
english advance level, able to keep a business conversation.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
2-3 years of experience leading audits.
Knowledge in apparel global social compliance requirements will be a plus.
Hands-on project management experience with good project management skills
excellent presentation skills & communication skills in both oral and written english
strong team building and mentoring skills, good leadership
excellent attention to details
independent worker, strong problem solving skill
with the sense of urgency & able to prioritize and complete the assigned task in tight schedule.
Thoroughly knowledgeable on database administration and systems testing and auditing processes.
