mission
as an influencer marketing specialist at sami alliance, you will be instrumental in managing influencer campaigns and activations. You will work closely with the clients and samy teams, providing creative and strategic solutions to meet campaign briefs. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of social media trends and influencer marketing.

responsibilities:
* maintain high levels of sales activities through exceptional organization and time management.
* cultivate and maintain c-level relationships at top brands, agencies, and publishers.
* campaign management: receive briefs and collaborate with the client's and samy's teams to develop creative and strategic campaign proposals.
* influencer selection: identify and select appropriate influencer profiles for campaigns, create content calendars, and ensure content quality and requirements are met.
* performance supervision: monitor daily campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
* event support: assist and support events and brand activations, ensuring proper coordination between influencers and the brand.
* collaboration: work closely with the booking and data teams to negotiate, identify trends, and generate post-campaign reports.
* issue resolution: provide solutions for any issues that arise during campaign execution, maintaining a proactive and reactive approach.
* results analysis: compile influencer results, draw conclusions, and identify opportunities for improvement, collaborating with the data team for additional social listening insights.
* legal and financial coordination: manage all legal and financial aspects related to assigned brands.
* workflow improvement: identify and propose improvements in the workflow between the brand, agency, and influencers.
requirements
qualifications:
* 1 to 5 years of relevant hybrid experience in marketing, strategy, and creativity, ideally in consumer goods, online marketing, or an agency environment.
* strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
* excellent organizational and analytical skills.
* pronounced service orientation, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
* high energy with a can-do attitude.
* goal-oriented, fast-learning, and capable of working autonomously.
* a robust network of relationships at top brands and/or agencies.
* experience in influencer marketing, including scouting, management, negotiation, and relationship building, is a plus.
* bilingual or proficiency in english is necessary for the job; any additional language skills are a plus.
