*you are*:
ust mexico is looking for an experienced and passionate business systems analyst (bsa) to join our engineering team and help us conduct and establish a product development path and direction, working along with the product owners, stakeholders as well as the dev team to ensure we are covering and accomplishing the business product goals.
*the opportunity*:
- participate in all scrum activities regarding the requirement management standpoint.
- be in charge of identifying, analyzing, complementing, and refining the business requirements thru the project life cycle according to scrum and safe methodologies.
- be responsible for shaping, refining, and managing the sprint backlogs, ensuring that epics, features, and stories do have all the required attributes and are in place on time.
- ensure that descriptions and acceptance criteria are clear, neat, and precise.
- work with developers to make sure the stories are accurate and added to jira and confluence software
- coordinate grooming sessions with stakeholders and team members
- ensure that all questions, doubts, or uncertainty elements within the requirements definitions are solved.
- analyze requirements technically and update technical responses in the btrd.
- define the business rules as per the defined requirements.
- support with integration level requirements for system testing, integration testing, and during the promotion of these components to the production environment.
- answer technical queries with the development and quality team.

*what you need*:
- previous experience as business analyst (2+ years)
- good technical and database knowledge/background working with software applications and solutions
- strong knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as scrum and safe
- experience identifying, documenting, and structuring a complete backlog (epics, features, user stories with correspondent acceptance criteria)
- experience working with customer stakeholders
- strong communication/interpersonal skills
- proven analytical background
- strong team player spirit
- strong sense of ownership
- good analysis skills and sql experience
- good confluence/jira experience or any other alm platform
- good communication skills in english
