*responsibilities*:
- supports corporate realty initiatives and is responsible for certain portfolio reporting between the regional office, division and countries.
- manages operation processes in compliance with the citigroup expense management policy.
- assists in the management of the daily operations of citi realty services (crs), as directed by the region head and play as inter-lock role between regional office, division and countries for divisional reporting.
- prepares and circulates the weekly updates to the region head for distribution to divisional management teams.
- participates and coordinates the monthly operating reviews (mor) for division, maintaining data integrity and quality in reporting.
- validates the impact of the real estate and construction project, identifying expense, productivity and explaining any differences to plan.
- monitors and reports crs balance sheet items for the cluster - proofs, reserves, prepaid, receivables and restructuring etc.
- coordinates and reports on third party vendor management
- participates in trade license monitoring
- operations oversight over project closures and adherence of country teams to the due process
- ad hoc and regular reporting coordination from the geography.

*qualifications*:
- 2-5 years relevant experience
- experience of working in diverse international environment
- spreadsheet/analytical/modelling skills.
- presentation / reporting skills
- proficient in microsoft office with an emphasis on ms excel
- consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- demonstrated organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
- skills in communication, training, analysis, summarizing and expressing ideas/process
