Maintains contact with transportation companies and customs agencies, scheduling andconfirming movements in order to have an efficient flow of goods.4. Makes monthly reports (import/export reports, scrap reports, statistical reports for inegi, unitsexported, values declared, vat/igi tax, etc.), which are necessary to submit reports to theinternal areas as they may request.5. Responsible for maintenance of annex 24 catalog, as well as logs and reports.6. Supports all programs and initiatives related to foreign trade.7. Compiles documents for physical archives of pedimentos.8. Controls the report of warehouse inventory entries in the usa and generates the revision orderof machinery and equipment.experience required: 1 to 3 years, 1 in management of documents and import-exportprocedures.level of english fluency: 3.
