*director of operations - law firm*tele-help-ing (bpo)*location*: remote, full-time*salary*: 20,000 mxn per month*about the role*:tele-help-ing is seeking a highly experienced *director of operations* to lead the administrative and operational functions for a dynamic, growing law firm.
this senior executive role involves managing all phases of the firm's administration, personnel, finance, legal production, marketing, and business systems.
as director of operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping firm culture and driving operational success*key responsibilities*:- oversee and enhance all operational systems, including business processes, financial management, and team structures, to ensure the firm's profitability and efficiency.- manage daily administrative operations, implementing firm-wide policies and procedures.- lead and supervise a team of more than 10 staff members, providing direction, accountability, and performance management.- monitor and analyze financial reports to guide firm strategy, while managing relationships with bookkeepers, accountants, and other vendors.- develop and refine business processes to ensure client matters are handled with the utmost quality, legal compliance, and ethical standards.- collaborate closely with the firm owner on strategy, policy development, and decision-making, ensuring alignment with the firm's goals.- define and track kpis to ensure the firm meets its growth, profitability, and cultural objectives.
*qualifications*:- *experience*: demonstrated experience managing teams of 10+ employees and handling budgets over $10,000,000 within a professional services environment, preferably in the legal field.- *education*: law degree preferred.- *financial acumen*: proficient in financial reporting, including p&l, cash flow forecasting, and budget analysis.- *leadership skills*: strong leadership and conflict resolution skills with an ability to manage up and foster trust with senior leadership.- *project management*: skilled in project management, systems development, and refining business processes to drive efficiency and accountability.
*preferred qualifications*:- familiarity with va disability law or other legal experience (helpful but not required).- background in law firm administration or management is strongly preferred.
