includes skills matrix for the development of critical positions and balancing of low volume - high mix lines.- monitor and manage production operations at carrier production facilities on a daily basis.- coordinate and assign tasks to the production team to ensure efficiency and compliance with production objectives.- monitor and control key performance indicators (kpis) to evaluate team performance and goal achievement.- implement and maintain safe work practices to ensure a hazard-free work environment.- collaborate with the engineering and quality control departments to guarantee quality and continuous improvement in production processes.- identify and resolve problems and obstacles in production, implementing effective and timely solutions.- train and develop team members, promoting a positive, motivating work environment and professional growth.
*requirements*:- industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, administrative engineering, electrical engineering, or related career.- 3 years of previous experience in a similar position as production manager or related positions.- availability of 3 shifts.- experience in material supply methods (just in time and mrp).- problem solving.- personnel management (skills matrix, competency matrix, resource management (420 people and 6 supervisors).- dealing with union (management of unionized personnel and union leaders).- follow-up of processes, safety standards, quality standards with the operating team.- good handling of analysis tools (collection, findings of day to day information).
