we are looking for a highly skilled technical business analyst to join our team and contribute to exciting projects in financial technology and stock plan administration. what you'll do
as a technical business analyst, you will:
* analyze, enhance, and support platforms and systems that handle stock plan transactions and reporting .
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology improvements for stock plan administration and digital experiences.
* work closely with stakeholders to understand equity compensation plans and translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
* ensure seamless integration of espp, iso, nso, rsu and other stock plan types into financial systems.
* provide deep insights and recommendations to enhance financial software systems and their reporting capabilities.
* utilize your strong technical background to navigate complex databases and financial applications .
* write and refine user stories for agile technical teams, ensuring clear communication of intricate financial concepts.
* leverage sql and data analysis to validate business logic, troubleshoot issues, and support data-driven decision-making.
* partner with developers, qa teams, and business leaders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet industry standards.
what you bring
* 10+ years of experience as a business analyst in financial technology, specifically in stock plan administration and stock plan services .
* strong understanding of equity compensation plans and experience with espp, iso, nso, rsu .
* proven expertise in building, enhancing, and analyzing stock plan platforms and financial transaction systems.
* hands-on experience in projects integrating technology to improve stock plan administration .
* strong technical acumen with working knowledge of sql and the ability to navigate complex financial data.
* excellent problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex financial concepts into clear, actionable steps.
* exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining technical and financial details to diverse stakeholders.
* experience working in agile environments, writing clear and concise user stories for development teams.
