- cuenta ahorrar loan approval & reporting /monitoring insufficiency cases.
- monthly tracking for scheduled salaries increases.
- car bonus tracking
- support & implement compensation salary proposals.
- execute monthly internal communication & benefit plan (insurance, cuenta retiro, cuenta ahorrar, others).
- coordinate with treasury investments committee plan agenda.
- mercer annual compensation survey.

- 100% english and spanish proficiency.
- academic background: data analytics, engineering, business administration, industrial engineering.
- at least 3 years' working experience in human resources.
- advanced office 365 skills, understanding of learning technology platforms, ssff.
- integrity, determination, creativity, ability to develop productive relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, willingness to learn.
