We are hiring a
*program coordinator* tobe responsible for supporting the ancillary partner program in the united states. You will join a well-crafted culture of mentoring and cross-functional engagement.
*what you will be doing*
you will be:
- analyzing and reporting on inventory and inventory changes month over month.
- negotiating opportunities with sales reps.
- manage, develop and train direct and indirect team members to ensure a fully functioning, robust team and talent pool.
- be the sme for all thing’s logistics internally and externally for the organization
- develop and maintain related policies, procedures, and workflows
- cultivate relationships with organizations and identify opportunities to reduce costs and manage risk
- end-to-end program management, coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure all road to launch tasks are completed according to program standards.
- shift priorities as needed from project to project.
- keep an updated archive of all the administrative documents that are required
- analyze program behavior and reach along with future paths
- budget management & performance
- performance analysis of each team member
- program transformation
- maintain a continuous improvement/optimization posture on all processes and present ways to improve or have new approaches to the program
- define and assess kpis

Who you are:
*required skills and competencies*
- bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- advanced english is a must.
- a minimum of +2 years of experience in a similar role.
- intermediate-advanced excel skills is a must.
- strong communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization
*preferred skills and competencies*
- experience in project management.
- leadership abilities with demonstrated strategic thinking and vision.
