*what you´ll do*:- implements bu/sbu market and product line strategies to achieve bu/sbu financial goals.- implements global roll-out of new products and programs including communication campaign and ebusiness strategy.- conducts market research and scoping of new market potentials.- identifies long-term marketing opportunities, develops strategies and plans.- conducts portfolio analysis of market segments with customer penetration, market potential / share, profitability and competition.- aligns and matches market unmet needs with innovation activities; collaborates w/innovation team on project status and resource allocation.- supports global su strategies and ensures alignment with global bu/sbu strategy.- delivers customer penetration strategies and develops business models and tactics globally.- coordinates sus and sets cross-su guardrails on marketing, pricing, placement etc.- acts as the first point of contact for and steers the category / brand teams on the global / regional level.- is a project lead for the strategic segments as well as innovation pipeline in collaboration with r&d, supply chain and packaging.- co-creates and supervises digital, social media and e-commerce communication of brands in collaboration with digital marketing manager.- prepares presentations, innovation packages and documents for regular internal meetings and for customer center with external exposure.- contributes to global advertising campaigns - from agency briefing over production preparation to tv spots and digital videos finalization.
