We are seeking an experienced and versatile *hr administrator* to join our team. This role will involve managing various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and general office management and administration.
*key responsibilities*:
*recruitment and onboarding*
- manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
*employee relations*
- serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- provide guidance and support to managers and employees on company hr policies and procedures.
- address employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary.
*hr administration*
- maintain accurate hr records and documents
- prepare hr-related reports and metrics as required by local authorities
- ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
