The consumer behavior analytics executive plays a pivotal role in maximising vast amounts of consumer loyalty card and retail scan data to unlock actionable consumer behavior insights. This role will support an organization wide consumer behavior dashboard that empowers key partners with consumer centric insights to drive marketing strategic plans. This position will be part of an analytics team that will deliver innovation and efficiency through data-driven solutions that will support growth and competitive advantages.*reports to*: predictive analytics manager*reporting level*: mid-senior level*geographic scope*:usa*what you will be accountable for*- updating and maintaining multiple loyalty id datasets used for a repertoire model, cohort model, and ad hoc consumer behavior analytics- maintain current power bi loyalty id dashboards and design and create new dashboards to meet the businesses needs- develop and maintain a quality control process for current and future dashboards- support manager predictive analytics with the development of predictive analytic models utilized consumer behavior, transaction level, and offtake retail scan data- support in monitoring the performance of predictive models, making adjustments and improvements as necessary.- be able to craft effective communications for other marketing members.- develop good working relationships with peers within the end market, as well as other functions within the gbs and central marketing & other insights teams in order to facilitate knowledge sharing.- stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in consumer and commercial analytics and engagement measurement.*can this be your future role?*- do you have a desire to build a career with a truly global organization working in a geographically and culturally diverse team?- are you a self-motivated individual with a strong focus on results?*essential experience, skills, and knowledge*- minimum 2-3 years of work experience with loyalty programs, consumer data analytics, and power bi- ba/bs degree required- fluency in english (written and spoken)- usa visa- good commercial awareness and understanding of consumer behavior.- strong analytical thinking, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.- excellent communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff
