the accounts payable assistant is responsible for tracking and managing incoming receipts, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payments, addressing supplier inquiries, and focusing on legal and corporate compliance.
key roles & responsibilities.
1. invoice processing and resolution.
2. tracking of good receipts.
3. attention to supplier inquiries, and internal customers.
4. reconciliation of suppliers statement.
5. active participation on initiatives of continuous improvement.
6. assistance to internal and external requirements.
7. maintain a standardized process for optimal efficiency.
qualifications
8. bachelor´s degree in accounting or administration or related (completed or truncated)
9. good written and oral communication skills
10. intermediate english is desirable.
11. excellent customer service skills.
12. ability to meet strict deadlines.
13. windows office intermediate
14. sap desirable
