the senior business analyst role provides a unique opportunity to play a critical role in helping to transform the business through analyzing complex business and system opportunities.

they proactively seek out opportunities to enhance and improve processes and technology solutions in line with strategic goals, ensuring that the solutions delivered to the
business are efficient and effective, meeting the customer experience expectations.
business analyst will proactively find ways to improve current processes/solutions, ensuring they are fully optimized and scalable.
the role will partner with sr. Business partners/business partners to ensure the quality of business cases, oversee business process design and ensure that proposed solutions meet established astrazeneca quality and compliance standards, and customer experience needs.
the senior business analyst operates with a high level of interactive communication to set clear direction for others, demonstrating high levels of inclusion and cultural sensitivity.
in addition, the senior business analyst will lead and mentor other business analysts to develop their skills, drive consistent ways of working across our organization and share best practices in relevant communities of practice.
the business analyst is expected to perform at expert level in the following:
- understand and prioritize business requirements from multiple stakeholders on an enterprise level to assess and define business need and area for improvement.
- interpret business requirements and simplify them for easy analysis, solution design and decision making positively impact/solve major risks/issues.
in addition, being highly responsive to changing business priorities.
- work with regional leadership teams, as well as other region/site stakeholders and bpos to propose and deliver solutions to achieve agreed outcomes, ensure that solutions fulfil the future strategic needs and challenges of the business.
shape and define business cases, producing detailed business justification for investment including roi and benefits realization.
- strategically lead design sessions with the business and implementation team to identify functional and technical requirements
- work with colleagues across the btg and c4es, (e.g., architects and engineers) across functions or internationally to identify the capabilities required to ensure outcomes/requirements are clearly understood and can be delivered.
work with process/product owners to identify and devise solutions that optimize business process performance, capability and competitiveness.
