lead the talent latam's vp strategic, operational and cultural agendas to secure time and resources are aligned with the organization´s top priorities.
partner with the talent leadership to guarantee alignment, enabling decision making and priorization of key initiatives to be executed on time and within scope providing critical information for the decision-making process in a timely manner as well as management of strategic projects and processes (i.e.
hr aop).

as talent vp chief of staff your scope will consist of:
- serve as a strategic and trusted advisor to the talent latam vp for the decision-making process and daily operations
- anticipate to help prioritize and focus efforts of talent latam vp and others towards the areas of highest impact, and build strong relationships with team members across the organization in order to influence outcomes and maintain momentum.
- design strategic communication, presentations and speeches for different forums, with internal & external clients such as leadership meetings/ cascade meetings, latam town halls/off sites
- lead process of talent latam vp assignments for hr / and ensure other internal stakeholders are followed through as well as talent latam vp's scheduling optimization and execution - in collaboration with leadership team.
- drive special talent latam vp projects / external and internal wiring (e.g., competitive frameworks, university partnerships, etc.)
- lead external engagements at chro/hrlt level and serve as a gatekeeper for all affairs (speaking, sponsorships, networking, participation, etc.)
in close collaboration with comms, talent latam vp admin and other sme's
- inlfuence to build and maintain trusting relationships across sectors and with corporate to ensure clear communications and partnerships are established
qualifications:

- education:
- bachelor degree required (business, engineering or related) / masters preferable
+3 years of related experience and hr knowledge
- experience:
- prior experience navigating fast paced and growth teams and high performance driven environments
- ability to develop a strategic future-state vision based on understanding of current state
- proven independent, self-motivated team player with ability to deal with ambiguity, make quick decisions, and work effectively in a fast paced environment
- ability to diffuse work conflict without bringing it to the attention of the executive leader using strong interpersonal skills
- intellectual curiosity, proactive, works diligently, structured, organized and with strong business knowledge
- strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, negotiate and supervise people
- strong communication skills (oral and written) in order to effectively communicate with high executives
- comfortable working in a complex, cross-functional environment, working with ambiguity and volatility
- 100% english language proficiency both oral and written
