develop and execute complete marketing strategies driven by deep knowledge of consumer, market insight, and brand analysis connecting internal and external data to ensure en-to-end execution and contribute to sustainable brand growth.
*your impact*
as the
*cheetos sr brand coordinator *your scope will consist of:
- coordinate and execute short/long term complete marketing strategies, including omnichannel advertising (traditional media, digital and new media)
- design and coordinate digital strategy with digital team & brand manager in order to provide vision and action plan for equity campaign into our digital customer journey
- coordinate all matters related to definition, building, and execution of brand positioning plans
- development of solid promotional programs responding to brand principals and purpose to drive brand growth and som
- responsible of setting and executing aop analysis to further drive conclusions and strategic plans for brand growth
- analysis of category/brand information and kpis to generate reports and drive conclusions to help decision making (internal database, nielsen, iscam and kantaar)
- responsible of development and exution of strategic sabritas platform including innovation format for doritos, sabritas, ruffles and cheetos
- responsible of music brand platform including 360 campaign with on/off communication and btl activities during the year
- in charge of new product launching (research, consumer insights, opportunity analysis, development, communication and launching)
- tracking, monitoring and planning of the budget/expenses (working/non-working) and recommend action plan when needed
- responsible of digital strategic framework for the brand
*qualifications*

- 1-2 years of experience in marketing roles (brands preferred)
- basics of marketing knowledge (media plan, consumer insights, branding, product p&l, brand health / sales kpis)
- previous experience executing digital campaigns
- capacity to analyze at deep level and connect data from different sources to drive actionable decisions
- highly effective interpersonal skills -negotiator and strong communication to all organizational levels and teams
- adaptive attitude and response towards change
- proficiency in english (writing and oral)
- nielsen, iscam, mycsrostrategy and kantaar data management
