About the role
join td synnex as a financial solutions specialist, where you will research and market financial solutions to assigned customers and accounts, promoting td synnex capital’s business. Your responsibilities will include customer engagements, quote follow-up, pipeline management, and providing education on financial solutions and promotions.
what you'll do
1. act as a primary point of contact for managing and growing relationships with assigned customers. Engage customers to identify their needs and promote financial solutions.
2. create and deliver financial solutions using appropriate tools and technical knowledge to configure, price, quote, and process requests effectively.
3. provide education and technical guidance on product alternatives, cross-references, and support regarding td synnex capital financial solutions.
4. build and maintain customer relationships to effectively market a broad range of td synnex capital’s financial solutions.
5. negotiate terms such as pricing, structuring, and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial results.
6. collaborate with customers, colleagues, and vendors to resolve pre-sales issues such as credit and documentation, escalating issues when necessary.

7. written and oral proficiency both in english and spanish
8. skillful negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
9. clear communication skills to convey necessary information effectively.
10. strong data entry skills and ability to use a 10-key quickly and accurately.
11. proficiency in basic mathematical calculations.
12. attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency.
13. strong interpersonal skills with a multi-cultural awareness.
14. organizational and time management skills to drive tasks to completion.
15. ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
16. quick learning ability for new systems and technology.
17. intermediate level proficiency in relevant computer system applications.
experience:
18. +1years of relevant work experience.
19. financial solutions or inside sales experience a plus.
education & certifications:
20. high school graduate with hs diploma field of study required.
21. associate degree with business, it, or related field of study preferred.
working conditions
22. work schedule: mon-fri 1:00am to 10:00am guadalajara time.
23. professional environment (remote).
24. occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
