*what will you be doing?
*- hr incidences reports and pips.
- review your direct report's time sheets.
- register any changes in your direct report's employment conditions in our hris.
- direct report's daily supervision and guidance.
- weekly kpi's tracking.
identify low performers and relevant trends from the previous period.
- ensure that all employees understand any new processes provided by the client stakeholders or rapido.
- stay on top of operations escalations.
when anyone in your team needs help or has been escalated by clients or other departments.
communicate effectively and elaborate a solution to prevent this in the future.
- monthly 1on1 with each direct report
- new hire introduction and ensure everything is ready for their first day with the client.
- quarterly performance review cycle for all the direct reports: set goals in the system, fill out the manager reviews, and have a calibration meeting.
- remote working employees follow up.
- commissions and bonuses management.

- fluent english skills

- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, employees, and management

- must be proficient with web software and familiar with microsoft office products - including word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, etc.
