*what will you be doing?
*- source the best truck for the right price to service priority shipments
- work closely with various internal teams to ensure both customer and carrier success.
- ensure that all freight is moved on time and at a fair cost by tracking shipments and negotiating rates
- provide resolutions to time-sensitive issues that occur prior, during, and after transit
- be able to speak to your metrics with the management team

- fluent english skills
- ability to multi-task and perform several duties at one time
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, employees, and management
- proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
- must be proficient with web software and familiar with microsoft office products - including word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, etc.
