Guarantee the establishment of satisfactory employee-company and union labour relations, through the design and implementation of labour strategies with a national scope.
responsibilities and accountabilities
* design and manage strategies to close complex labour relations or key positions that require your intervention.
* establish a close relationship with the local council (stps, jlcya, federal government offices, local chambers, etc.) to handle complex or large-scale labour situations, as well as the process of union negotiations.
* handling of labour conflicts, out-of-court, procedural, collective and individual terminations, collective contract terminations, merger agreements and special procedures.
* negotiate and administer the collective labor contracts analyzing costs, budgets, and financial and operational viability of union petitions, as well as those established by the company.
* advise the human resources team on labour matters to promote good management practices in the area.
* deposit internal work regulations before the jlcya.
* guarantee compliance with current mexican labour legislation, reforms to the law, and internal policies.
* manage service providers and legal advice on labour matters.
qualifications
* bachelor´s degree related to the field (law, attorney)
* five years of experience as a labor attorney
* contact center, bpo, manufacture
* high knowledge of government relations
* labour law deep knowledge
