*the role*:
*your impact*:
- lead planning and execution of the ford of canada and ford of mexico annual ford & lincoln protect launch plan with cross-functional team members
- assist ford of canada and ford of mexico with new product development and growth initiatives (such as tirecare and direct mail programs)
- leverage best practices and processes to grow esb sales in *canada and mexico*:
- lead ford protect product discussions on overall product and pricing
- manage and standardized us ford and lincoln protect websites, including owner sites, ford protect ecommerce site, tier 3 dealer websites, and online advertising landing pages
- *support relationship with advertising partners, developing b2b and b2c media campaigns to grow business through loyal dealers, non-loyal ford protect dealers, reach consumers while they are in the auto shopping mindset, re-engage consumers who have performed shopping actions, and reach consumers shopping at non-loyal dealers*:
- manage department fixed marketing budget and spending
- serve as primary interface with ford credit insurance operations relating to management and maintenance of dealer experience accounts (cession statement, ncfc and cfc dealer reporting)
- marketing products, being successful in the market. Knowledge the regulatory compliance and legal regulation in the market.

*what you'll need*:
- bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in service contract and/or insurance industry
- strong written and oral communication skills (both spanish and english)
- experience working in a global role
- knowledge and understanding of dealership finance &insurance and service drive operations
- experience in generating and executing e-commerce sales/marketing solutions availability to work hybrid
