we are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a manufacturing, based in our *apodaca plant (apodaca, nuevo león, méxico)*.
as a manufacturing coordinator you will guarantee the production area metrics compliment from the raw material reception in it´s areas until the finished product packaging, having a constantly communication and being intermediary between the company administrative tasks and the personnel
*your tasks will be*
- production program compliment
- promote the teamwork
- assure that the corrective actions from a) scrap, b) absenteeism, c) customer complaints, and others, being stablished
- assure through the teamwork the correct material, tools, and equipment utilization
- coordinate the resources of the different lines facilitating the production plan compliment
- transfer the information about the goals to the team members
- provide feedback to the personnel about the production plan breach to take immediate actions
- in coordination with the functional areas facilitate the solution of the presented problems during the day
*to be successful in this role you will need*:
- education: bachelor´s degree in industrial, electronic/mechatronic engineering or any related field.
- 5 years of experience in smt/backend areas in the electronic automotive industry.
- wave, paste, reflow soldering processes knowledge and experience.
- terminal insertion knowledge and experience.
- knowledge and management of smt machinery: fuji nxt, pick and place, gsm, and others.
- proficient english level
