arxada is seeking a head of compliance, csv and risk management with deep knowledge and experience in governance, risk management compliance, and process development.
responsibilities define the strategy for computer systems validation for the entire company.
ensure compliance controls are defined, documented, and aligned with compliance requirements, while identifying, tracking, and managing it risks.
regularly monitor adopted internal controls for effectiveness and compliance with the goal of continuous process improvement.
support identity and access management solutions (e.g., saml / sso, mfa, zero trust design principles).
build efficient processes for compliance, csv, and risk management following the most recent regulations and industry standards.
create, own, and enforce the it / ot policies and standards and engage with global quality to ensure compliance with global quality standards.
create a framework encompassing all documents, processes, and activities around csv, compliance, and risk management, ensuring they meet regulatory and industry compliance standards.
ensure proper training and effective implementation of compliance and csv standards throughout the company.
actively engage with enterprise architecture to ensure quality aspects are considered in decisions related to the it / ot landscape.
support data integrity investigations as required and create comprehensive reports for upper management.
perform risk assessments, report results to management, and establish/leverage formal risk tracking and acceptance processes.
qualifications experience adopting and implementing risk management and compliance frameworks (e.g., iso 27000-series, gxp).
sound information risk management background.
understanding of csv trends and requirements, translating them into a pragmatic csv approach.
ability to present standards in a concise documentation format, including showing processes in flowcharts.
technical background with a good understanding of compliance concepts and practical usage (e.g., network engineering, network security, threat and vulnerability management, database, sdlc, and release management).
knowledge of or experience working with cloud technologies/environments, evaluating and implementing controls on infrastructure as a service (iaas) environments.
outstanding oral and written communication skills in english; business fluency in german is desirable.
ability to actively drive and manage change, fostering a change-oriented mindset.
stay updated on it developments and trends to ensure added value in internal consulting.
