We are hiring a crma consultant for one of our clients in financial services / consulting
this is a remote role working on est/cst to start mid may until the end of the year, 40 hours/week contract - and can be based from any nearshore location (canada, latam)
the role will be paid at an hourly rate of $35-55/h usd depending on location, experience, etc.
you will work alongside project team members to ensure requirements, user stories and testing meet client and team expectations. You will help support and lead client discovery, client demos and other client and team interactions. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, writing user stories and test criteria, and supporting test and training execution. You will work closely with all team members, acting as a coach and mentor to more junior resources. The ideal candidate should possess ba experience as well as a passion for problem-solving, details and analysis to help teams and clients succeed.
primary responsibilities
* coordinate, lead, & facilitate client discovery, workshops & refinement sessions to generate & clarify requirements
* complete train the trainer & functional knowledge transfer activities
* participate in project teams to support the execution of all project implementation phases including project planning, requirements gathering, solution design, development, system and user testing, deployment, training and post go live support
* effectively translate customer requirements, both functional and technical, into well-organized, documented user stories for team development, including acceptance criteria and design considerations
* create business process flows, use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria
* support, prep and lead sprint demos to showcase build activities to the client and facilitate feedback discussions
* builds, organizes, grooms and maintains the project backlog, ensuring the backlog is prioritized and aligned to project and team objectives
* work closely with senior team members to ensure deliverables meet requirements; create and maintain documentation as required
* create project documentation as required
* ability to engage in multi-cloud, multi-phase, complex engagements for commercial and enterprise level strategic clients
required qualifications
* 2+salesforce partner certifications (i.e. sales, service, etc)
* 2+ years of experience implementing crma
* 3+ years experience in a relationship based, customer facing role
* 2+ years as a business analyst/consultant
* proven success in contributing to and influencing others in a team-oriented environment
* strong, client-facing communication skills, both verbal and written
* aptitude for prioritization and multitasking in a deadline driven environment
* experience with agile project methodology including basics of backlog management, user story definition and components, acceptance criteria and sprint planning
* understanding of all phases of the application development life cycle and understand the sdlc
* understanding of cloud technologies and experience in projects on salesforce platform, including but not limited to: sales cloud, service cloud, fsc, experience cloud, testing and testing methodologies, data models and data migration processes and technologies
* familiarity with cloud based, enterprise level packaged applications
