what you'll do
- support category specialists in the supply chain area in the contract administration
- support the category specialist with change orders, ensure approval procedures are met and in compliance with governance
- identify invoicing issues, ensure accuracy and timely approval and payment.
interact with local senior buyer.
- ensure proper document control with the business unit
- ensure proper gr (goods receipt) in sap interacting with the senior buyer
- participate when audits are performed on suppliers.
- coordinate the claims process in accordance with the policy and procedures of the supply chain area and the contract(s).
- proactively coordinate to ensure that eligible invoices are paid on time and in accordance with the policies and procedures of the supply chain area and contracts.
- coordinate with the supplier master the changes related to the supplier's address, company name, currency and/or bank information as well as execute the corresponding addendums.
- resolve discrepancies between invoice vs purchase order related to payment conditions, prices, currency, amounts.
- monitor and record the recovery of retroactive charges.
- promote and participate in activities to streamline processes and continuous improvements.
minimum qualifications
- completed bachelor of administration or engineering and/or master's degree
- it requires 5-7 years of experience in a business environment, specifically in administration and management of contracts preferably related to contracts in the oil and gas industry.
- be bilingual (spanish and english) with excellent written and oral skills
- mastery of microsoft office and erp like sap or similar.

- have the ability to manage high volumes of information and data
- knowledge or experience in contracts will be taken into account
