key responsibilities:
* identify, develop, and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, designers, architects, and developers.
* proactively generate and qualify new business leads, converting them into long-term clients.
* conduct showroom consultations and site visits to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
* collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* stay up-to-date with the latest trends in high-end kitchens, bathrooms, and natural stone applications.
* negotiate and close sales deals while delivering an exceptional 5-star client experience.
* maintain and update crm records, ensuring accurate tracking of sales and client interactions.
* assist with showroom management, networking events, and brand awareness initiatives.
* support marketing efforts, including social media engagement and digital campaigns
requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the high-end kitchen, bath, or luxury interiors industry.
* proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
* strong understanding of luxury materials, natural stone, cabinetry, furniture and bespoke interior design solutions.
* excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
* proficiency in crm systems and a willingness to engage in social media marketing efforts.
* existing network of architects, designers, and high-end residential clients is a plus.
