Overview:
provide support to human resources management processes based on the company's policies, procedures, and values to ensure employee integration and satisfaction.
responsibilities
1. provide support in recruitment and personnel selection activities when there is no assigned recruitment team on site.
2. preparation of personnel files.
3. support in the process of personnel access to the corresponding site.
4. conduct induction courses on the company’s history and philosophy for new employees.
5. filling out documents for processes with personnel (reporting new hires, terminations, and modifications for savings accounts, savings fund loans, infonavit discounts, fonacot, etc.).
6. preparation of files for information control to support decision-making for the hr supervisor (headcount, absenteeism, turnover, overtime, vacations, incapacities, etc.).
7. follow up with operations supervisors to validate the submission of timesheets in kronos so that the hr supervisor can confirm incident approvals to the payroll analyst.
8. capturing incidents in an excel file that are not processed through kronos (special payments and prorations) for sending to the human resources supervisor.
9. providing attention to staff to clarify doubts and address various payroll requests.
10. receiving packages and managing them (checks, gift card vouchers, etc.).
11. delivering final settlements to staff leaving.
12. monitor the timely fulfillment of personnel services (transportation, food, uniforms, etc.).
13. manage and assign lockers.
14. deliver documentation to the hr supervisor for procedures with government agencies.
15. assist the hr supervisor in the execution of organizational events.
qualifications
education: bachelor's degree and/or engineering in administration, industrial relations, organizational psychology or related field.
knowledge: basic payroll, recruitment and selection, labor relations. Excel, word, powerpoint.
experience: 2 years in the human resources area.
required language: basic/intermediate english.
availability to travel: yes, only if support is needed at another site (10%).
