We are currently seeking a skilled presales engineer for b2b to join our team. The position of b2b presales engineer at tp-link plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships between tp-link and corporate clients in the field of networking devices, gpon, cameras, and iot products.
the presales engineer will be an integral member supporting the sales account executive team in a pre-sales capacity. Travel to customer sites presenting proof of concepts; contribute in the design, planning, implementation, and training on the tp link architecture.
he or she will also support partner training, roadmap updates, and assist partners in design and planning. We seek individuals who are dynamic, flexible, and willing/able to work outside of their comfort zone.
responsibilities:
1. identifying and finding opportunities:
o assist pre-sales team in the design, planning, and implementation of tp link solutions.
o provide consultative support for pre-sales, partners, and customers.
o prepare and deliver customer and partner presentations to all levels of management.
o conduct research to identify tp-link's target market and approach potential end-users in the networking devices and camera industry, gpon technology for isps, and iot devices.
2. consultation and quoting:
o provide advice to customers regarding tp-link's products and solutions, address their queries, and motivate them to make purchases.
o propose and implement sales promotion strategies.
3. building customer relationships:
o nurture and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
4. statistics and reporting:
o keep track of sales performance indicators and compile business-related statistics.
5. market research:
o stay updated on the industry trends and new opportunities.
6. business orientation:
o participate in tp-link's business planning process and contribute ideas.
requirements:
* 3+ years relevant experience
* professional in networking technologies with competitive industry and regional knowledge
* professional in gpon technologies
* knowledge of cctv and iot devices
* proven ability to influence customer decisions
* thorough knowledge of security design features
* hands-on experience using security-related toolsets
* demonstrated skills in troubleshooting and problem resolution
* excellent inter-personal, technical presentation, and communication skills
* ability and willingness to travel within the region up to 60%
