* education: associate's or bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
* 2-5 years in sales, preferably in hr technology, hr services, or saas, with a proven track record in new client acquisition.
* sales skills: proficient in preparing for meetings, conducting needs analyses, delivering persuasive presentations, and managing objections.
* negotiation skills: skilled in preparing offers, negotiating terms, closing deals, and ensuring long-term agreements.
* communication skills: confident in delivering formal presentations and engaging in one-on-one discussions about our services.
* language proficiency: fluent in spanish and english, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous.
* travel availability: willingness to travel for conferences, client visits, and company meetings as needed.
