*icm leader*main purpose*this role is responsible for leading icm area for latam through manteninance, support and guarantee the variable compensation calculation.
this position collaborates with hr, sales, hr ops, tr coe, sales intelligence to ensure correct execution of payments for our sales operations.
also, this role is responsible for supporting control, and tr teams for periodic requests and check points across differente countries.
*accountabilities*- sustain and post implementation icm system: executing and reviewing payment processes- execute the bonus & commission calculation in icm tool and validation (by channel, by model, by employee)- ensure and monitoring the systems interfaces (sap, payroll, myhr, edm)- guide and advise hrs and sales team on the correct use of the icm tool- connect local teams (gtm, sales strategy, sales leader, hrbp, payroll and it) and esbo's cci central team- work with sales for timely quota and sales data input- ensure that the bonus calculations gets to esbo team (cci) in a timely manner
