we are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of *cyber delivery manager.
*
the cyber delivery manager reports to the regional cyber delivery lead (americas) and is a member of the cyber business enablement team.
the prime objective of this role is to help support the delivery of change initiatives for cyber services (as a part of the wider vision27 strategy) within the americas.
this will encompass ensuring the services are appropriate, understood and effectively planned for and implemented in region.
to achieve this, the role will require collaboration with the americas country heads and global cyber teams and potentially both local and global technology teams as well as regional business stakeholders.
*responsibilities*:
to achieve the objective this role helps support end responsibilities across the requirements life cycle.
some of these key phases and tasks will include:
demand / requirement management
- liaising with global cyber to drive cyber change initiatives in americas as part of the vision 27 portfolio
- working with country heads to collect and clarify any regional change requirements needed to address regulations, business risk assessments and control gap uplifts etc.
- working with the global team on prioritisation of the demand (based on factors such as the mandatory nature of the change, regional risk return on investment, change feasibility)
- coordination and communication of agreed business outcomes and requirements between the programme team and the sponsoring stakeholder
solution delivery
- working with programme managers to help clarify requirements and ensure regional considerations are factored into the global delivery scopes, schedule and solutions
- assisting with oversight of regional and global delivery projects
- supporting country heads as needed with the effective rollout of new cyber tools / change initiatives
stakeholder management
- helping ensure regional stakeholders remain aware of regional benefits, impacts and progress of the different cyber programmes and change initiatives.
- assisting with escalations needed to resolve delivery issues / identify specialist regional contacts
assisting regional cyber to ensure local requirements are properly factored into cyber programmes
requirements
*requirements*:
- written and spoken communication skills, including expert fluency in the english language; an ability to support the regional lead in ensuring information is communicated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
- ability to work collaboratively with diverse internal teams
- ability to work with cross-culture and global teams
- ability to work within an environment of ambiguity, competing priorities, immediate business needs and potential long-term risks and implications
- an understanding of large (or global) change projects
- ability to understand / appreciate how cyber controls function
- ability to assimilate and digest different sources of information and to engage / update dependent stakeholders as required
