*intern - strategic sourcing*responsibilities*- support the development and documentation of the strategic sourcing teams' policies and procedures.- support the team in ad-hoc projects, including cost analysis, benchmarks, and running bid processes like request for proposals (rfps) and market assessments.- network with suppliers, peers and client account teams across the region.

interns can expect to attend meetings with top leaders in the company.- we have a highly collaborative culture, so you are encouraged and expected to work closely with other teams such as legal, finance, supplier relations, operations, marketing, hr & other functional areas across the business.- play an active role supporting a bid process like an rfp, to select the most competitive pricing from various potential suppliers, that represents the best value to hh global contracts and clients.- develop the competences related to total cost of ownership (tco) model, aggregation of volume and supply chain development.- get involved into contract terms and conditions of our clients and suppliers, understand our technologies and work with our experienced sourcing managers as they negotiate those terms and conditions with potential suppliers.- review our policies, procedures, and desk manuals, with fresh eyes, to identify and recommend updates and clarifications that will help our team members and stakeholders comply.- learn to present data-driven recommendations to very senior sephora leaders.
*requirements*- currently working on completion of bachelor's degree in related field (supply chain, marketing, print/pos production, communications and related areas).- basic understanding and/or interest in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing- comfortable working in a highly ambiguous and dynamic environment- comfortable with microsoft excel, word, and powerpoint- clear communicator, both written and verbal (english, spanish & portuguese are differentiators)- strong organizational skills and ability to think outside the box.- eager to learn, positive attitude, and highly motivated.- demonstrate our hh global values of love our clients, pursue excellence relentlessly, innovate and take the lead, feel empowered and be accountable, have passion and pride, act with integrity and trust.your resume will be reviewed by a member of our recruiting team, and we'll reach out to you directly if there's a fit.
