como parte del equipo de manufactura, usted es la fuerza impulsora detrás de la creación de nuestros productos de cocina y baño. Trabajarás de manera práctica con los productos, desde el manejo de la materia prima hasta el envío de una pieza completa. Usted es responsable de garantizar que todos los productos se ensamblen y fabriquen correctamente para brindar a los clientes una experiencia sólida y constante. El conocimiento y la atención a todos los protocolos de seguridad es una parte esencial para mantener nuestras operaciones de fabricación segura y eficiente.
responsabilidades
* develop and document change procedures as well as verify that equipment, tools, records, drawings, and people involved in the process have what they need to produce.
* identify, support and execute continuous improvement projects in the organization, provides advice for the development of projects according to lean mfg, six sigma tools, in addition to evaluating the costs and benefits of improvement.
* develop and lead engineering for improvement projects within the production processes of the plant in order to improve quality and productivity indicators, intervenes in changes in the documentation of the quality system due to the implemented modifications.
* manage, calculate, monitor, validate and report the operational benefits of annual improvement projects.
* implementation of lean - six sigma culture within the plant.
* the training of personnel involved in improvement projects.
* ensure training and certification of green belt employees.
* apply the quality policy, attend the corrective-preventive actions that are required.
* supervise the manufacture of the process, as well as carry out the necessary strategies to comply with the quality parameters required by the plant.
* perform tests to reduce defects in parts.
* monitor the specifications in the process.
* analyze the feasibility and manufacturing capacity of the product.
* collect data and analyze test process, process capability, and installed capacity (cp, cpk) using statistical tools that give you the information you need to make product process improvements.
requisitos
* education: industrial engineering, administrative mechanic, electrical mechanic or related
* experience: 3 years in continuous improvement or related positions
training:
o six sigma green belt
o proven experience in lean manufacturing tools. (smed, tpm, kanban, vsm, 7 waste, 5s, standardized work, poka yoke)
o kaizen event leader, implementation
o time and movements study.
