key responsibilities1.
administer employee lifecycle reward processes (e.g., new hires,life events, and terminations).
administer and manage applicablepension and retirement programs for latam.
provide comprehensiveand effective hr rewards support, with a strong emphasis onbenefits administration.

assist in managing multiple employeeand/or manager rewards issues or concerns escalated.
3.
escalatehigher-level issues or concerns to the center of excellence or hrbpas required.
4.
administer applicable kerry hr and rewards programs(e.g., car program, scholarship program, benefit plans, recognitionprograms, medical and life insurance, annual benefits renewal).
5.manage and administer leave of absence programs applicable forlatam.
6.
administer employee lifecycle reward processes (e.g., newhires, life events, and terminations).
administer and manageapplicable pension and retirement programs for latam.
7.
form solidworking relationships within kerry, leveraging communicationtechnologies and tools, and developing thorough knowledge of thebusiness and hr rewards policies and procedures.
8.
utilizecontinuous excellence tools to deliver effective cost savings andprovide efficient, solution-driven resources for key stakeholders.ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as applicable.
9.partner with hrds, hrbps, hr managers, and center of excellence tomaintain effective execution of the rewards strategy.qualifications and skills 1.
over 3 years of experience in rewards,with mandatory knowledge in compensation and benefits for mexicoand desirable knowledge for other latam countries, especiallybrazil.
includes administration of medical and life insurance,benefits invoice management, and company car administration.
2.proficiency in english and spanish (portuguese desirable), highcompetence in excel, managing through systems, and data-drivenapproach.
3.
ability to manage and negotiate with vendors,including the annual renewal of benefits and the implementation ofnew benefits.
4.
capability to perform compensation analysis andcompetitiveness benchmarking, participate in benefits andcompensation surveys, and manage process documentation (sops, workinstructions).
5.
effective communication of benefits, facilitatingtraining on new or updated benefits for the internal team andemployees.
6.
includes negotiation, timely decision making, resultsorientation, resilience, self-awareness, customer focus,collaboration, presentation skills, process management, andinterpersonal savvy.
