this role requires technical expertise, strategic problem-solving, and collaboration to deliver impactful results.key responsibilities:set up and manage social media campaigns across platforms (meta, tiktok, pinterest, etc.)
following internal guidelines and best practices.monitor campaigns daily to ensure budgets, performance metrics, and conversions align with objectives.troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to maintain campaign health and efficiency.analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization, including ad creative, bidding strategies, and pacing adjustments.test new strategies, beta features, and platform tools to improve campaign outcomes.deliver performance recommendations and ensure seamless implementation.maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders through email, instant messaging, and video conferencing.provide updates on campaign performance, highlight growth opportunities, and address operational challenges.develop and document best practices to enhance team efficiency and campaign quality.share insights and innovations that add value to overall campaign management practices.stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep strategies current and effective.qualifications2–3 years of experience in social media campaign management and optimization.proficient in at least one social media platform with a strong understanding of the overall digital advertising ecosystem.analytical: ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions.detail-oriented: ensures accuracy and quality in all deliverables
