Key responsibilities:
- monitor customer quote requests, promptly creating and sending quotes to customers.
- negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates for quotes, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- follow up and negotiate on quotes sent to customers to secure sales, demonstrating persuasive communication skills.
- understand customer needs to design the best logistics offering for them, tailoring solutions to meet specific requirements.
- build and maintain strong relationships with customers to allow the account to grow, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- analyze our service performance and align all internal resources to guarantee the quality of service, continuously improving efficiency and effectiveness.
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or an equivalent field.
- minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or a related field.
