key responsibilities:
1. lead the execution of social media strategies, ensuring that campaigns align with clients' goals.
2. ensure that all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency in messaging and tone for both corporate and executive positioning.
3. act as the lead expert contact for clients, maintaining constant communication and guidance to ensure client satisfaction.
4. stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and tools, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to enhance the impact of social strategies.
5. work with social media managers to generate social content that will drive communications.
6. plan social content and maintain a content calendar.
7. monitor overall marketing strategy by overseeing social media campaigns.
skills and capabilities:
1. in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including best practices for corporate and executive branding, as well as consumer-facing campaigns.
2. experience with paid social strategies is a plus.
3. strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage clients’ expectations and team members.
4. exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects/accounts and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
5. proficient in both written and spoken english for smooth communication with clients and internal teams.
qualifications:
1. bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. 3+ years in marketing, advertising, or related role.
3. strong written and verbal communication skills.
