We’re looking for a junior it support engineer to provide it support to our customers. If you have strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of it systems, and excellent communication abilities, we want to hear from you!What you'll do: provide first-level technical support for customer hardware, software, and network issues. Assist with system maintenance and troubleshooting for it infrastructure. Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications. Offer customer support and guidance on it best practices.
