*position overview*:we are seeking an experienced hr manager to join our team.
the hr manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws and regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
*key responsibilities*:- develop and implement hr strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy- manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances- administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations- coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning- develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge- ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations- maintain accurate and up-to-date hr records and documentation- foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention*qualifications*:- bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; master's degree preferred- years of experience in hr management or a related role- strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations- excellent interpersonal and communication skills- ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion- strong leadership and team management skills- detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities- shrm certification preferredpay: $16,000.00 - $20,000.00 per monthwork location: in person
